Bad news: we have to reinstall the server completely. We couldn’t fix the problem in rescue mode, so there was no other way.

We are very sorry, because it means that the downtime will be longer as expected.

Update:
Reinstall with the webinterface of the data center is not as easy as it should be: It seems that the harddrive is crashed, because the server won’t get online after a reinstall. Supporters of the data center are working atm on a solution. I think a new harddrive will not take so much time but: it’s weekend - omfg!
